These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") together with the Privacy Policy constitute a legally binding agreement between JustPG, operated by AnsatzAlgo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), and you ("User", "Resident", "you", "your"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the JustPG platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
"Platform" refers to the JustPG website (justpg.in), mobile applications, and all associated digital services operated by the Company.
"Services" include but are not limited to property discovery, visit scheduling, inquiry management, virtual tours, resident onboarding, complaint handling, and community features provided through the Platform.
"Property" or "Residence" refers to any paying guest accommodation, co-living space, managed apartment, or hostel listed on the Platform.
"Owner" or "Partner" refers to the individual or entity that owns, operates, or manages a Property listed on the Platform.
"Resident" or "Tenant" refers to any individual who occupies or intends to occupy a Property discovered through the Platform.
"Content" includes all text, images, videos, virtual tours, reviews, ratings, descriptions, and other materials published on the Platform.
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Individuals below 18 years of age may use the Platform only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By registering on the Platform, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
JustPG serves as a technology-enabled discovery and connection platform for paying guest accommodations. The Platform facilitates property discovery with verified PG listings, visit scheduling directly through the Platform or via WhatsApp integration, inquiry management regarding availability and pricing, access to genuine reviews and ratings, and an owner dashboard for managing listings and media including 360-degree virtual tours powered by Viewlo.
Important Disclaimer: JustPG does not own, operate, manage, or control any of the Properties listed on the Platform. The Company acts solely as an intermediary connecting prospective residents with property owners. All contractual arrangements regarding tenancy, rent, deposit, house rules, and services are exclusively between the Resident and the Property Owner.
Security Deposit: Security deposit requirements are determined by individual Property Owners and are communicated at the time of booking. JustPG promotes a policy of minimal deposits (typically one month's rent) across its partnered properties. The security deposit is refundable upon vacating the premises, subject to deductions for damages, unpaid dues, or other charges as specified in the tenancy agreement between you and the Property Owner.
Rent and Charges: Monthly rent and any additional charges (electricity, maintenance, meal plans, laundry, etc.) are determined by the Property Owner and are clearly displayed on the listing page. Prices listed on the Platform are indicative and may vary based on room type, occupancy, and specific services selected. The Company does not collect rent or deposits on behalf of Property Owners unless explicitly stated.
Zero Brokerage: JustPG operates on a zero-brokerage model for residents. No commission, finder's fee, or brokerage charge is levied on tenants for discovering or booking a property through the Platform.
By using the Platform, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, inquiry submission, and visit scheduling; use the Platform solely for lawful purposes; treat all Property Owners, staff, co-residents, and service providers with dignity and respect; not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform; not upload any content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or violates intellectual property rights; comply with all house rules established by the Property Owner; not sublease or transfer your tenancy without written consent; and maintain the property in good condition.
Property Owners listed on the Platform agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information; ensure photographs, videos, and virtual tour content accurately represent the property; maintain the property in a safe, habitable, and hygienic condition; respond to inquiries in a timely manner; not discriminate against any prospective or current resident; honour pricing displayed on the Platform; and maintain adequate safety measures including CCTV, fire safety equipment, and secure entry systems.
All content on the Platform is the property of JustPG or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The JustPG name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of AnsatzAlgo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. Virtual tour technology and 360-degree property views on the Platform are powered by Viewlo. All virtual tour content remains the intellectual property of the respective Property Owner and Viewlo.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect personal information to facilitate our Services; share inquiry information with relevant Property Owners; use cookies and tracking technologies for analytics; implement industry-standard security measures; never sell personal information to third parties; and honour requests for access, correction, or deletion of personal data at privacy@justpg.in.
The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. JustPG shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Platform; the accuracy of any listing or user review; disputes between Residents and Property Owners; unauthorized account access due to user negligence; service interruptions or technical failures; or the actions of any Property Owner or third party.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JustPG, AnsatzAlgo Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of any applicable law, or infringement of any third-party rights.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, non-payment of dues, or conduct harmful to other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform shall immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least thirty (30) days before initiating formal proceedings.
JustPG reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Platform may contain links to third-party services not owned or controlled by JustPG, including WhatsApp, Viewlo, and payment gateways. Your interaction with any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JustPG. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign your rights without consent. The Company shall not be liable for failures caused by force majeure events. Notices to the Company should be sent to legal@justpg.in.
