Care of Building, Common Areas and Rooms
Vandalism of any kind is strictly prohibited. Residents found damaging property assets will bear the full cost of repairs and may face eviction.
Common-use items such as microwave, iron, kettle, and crockery must be used only in designated common areas, not in individual rooms.
Residents must keep their rooms, washrooms, and surrounding areas clean and hygienic at all times.
No modifications, drilling, or fixtures shall be made to the walls, doors, or furniture without prior written approval.
Guests and Visitors
Visitors are permitted only in common areas during designated hours (10:00 AM to 8:00 PM).
Overnight guests are not permitted under any circumstances.
All visitors must register at the reception with valid ID proof.
Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.
Safety and Security
All residents must carry their room keys and ID at all times within the premises.
Entry and exit timings must be adhered to. Main gate closes at 10:00 PM.
CCTV cameras are installed in common areas for safety. Tampering with security equipment is a punishable offence.
Fire safety equipment must not be tampered with. Emergency exits should remain unobstructed.
General Conduct
Consumption of alcohol, smoking, and use of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Loud music, parties, and disruptive behaviour after 10:00 PM are not permitted.
Residents must not engage in any illegal, immoral, or antisocial activities.
Meal timings must be respected. Wasting food is discouraged.

Property Usage
The accommodation is for residential use only. No commercial activities may be conducted from the premises.
Common facilities including kitchen, lounge, and laundry area must be left clean after use.
Parking spaces, where available, are allotted on a first-come basis and must not be misused.
Guests and Privacy
Guests may visit during designated hours. Overnight stays require prior approval.
Respect the privacy and personal space of co-residents at all times.
Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Payments and Tenure
Rent must be paid by the 5th of each month. Late payments attract a penalty as per the agreement.
A minimum notice period of 30 days is required before vacating.
Security deposit is refundable within 15 working days of checkout, subject to room inspection.

Apartment Care
Residents are responsible for the upkeep of their apartment unit and all furnishings provided.
Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit.
Pest control and deep cleaning are scheduled periodically. Residents must cooperate with the maintenance team.
Community Living
Common areas including terrace, gym, and lounge are shared amenities. Respect usage timings.
Disputes between residents should be reported to management for resolution.
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted in writing.
