You must be at least 18 years of age. Individuals below 18 may use the Platform under parental supervision.
JustPG is a discovery platform. We do not own or manage any listed properties. All tenancy arrangements are between you and the Property Owner.
Provide truthful information; use the Platform for lawful purposes; comply with house rules; do not sublease without consent.

The Platform is provided "as is." JustPG is not liable for listing accuracy, disputes between residents and owners, or service interruptions.
